Research aim
The main aim of this project is to analyze the needs of the customers regarding the meal when they stay at ASURE Camelot Motor Lodge. It is also aimed to make proper strategy to satisfy the customer’s needs and wants regarding availability of meal in ASURE Camelot Motor Lodge while visiting there. The followings are the objectives to complete this research report:
Research objectives
·         To identify the customers' needs and expectation for meal availability in Asure lodge.
·         To prepare the strategy and plan to overcome the issue and improve the meal option to provide better customer satisfaction.

Q.1.What is customers' needs for meals options?
Q.2.What is the way that can be adapted to meet with the needs of customers?

Background of ASURE Camelot Motor Lodge

This research study is based on ASURE Camelot Motor Lodge, which is a motel in Auckland, New Zealand. ASURE Camelot Motor Lodge motel has a look of unique European that influences the tourists to visit and stay there. ASURE Camelot Motor Lodge motel is a four star motel in New Zealand. It provides various types of services to their customers and provides clear accommodation, comfortable, and friendly environment for their customers. It also provides different facilities like free Wi-Fi facilities, daily room cleaning services, and car parking facilities to their customers (Asure Camelot Motor Lodge, 2018).

Background of the issue and project

For this research study, the business issue is to identify the customers' needs and expectation for meal availability in Asure Camelot Motor lodge motel. The motel is providing different facilities to their customers in order to attract more visitors there. Although, there are some problems that faced by the business related to the availability of meal offerings. It is important to provide the meal offering to their customers to enhance their expectation level in Asure lodge (Wang & 2010). The main issue is to prepare the strategy and plan to overcome and to improve the meal option to provide better customer satisfaction in Asure Lodge.

The significance of the research study

This research study is essential to identify the needs of the customers regarding the meal when they stay at ASURE Camelot Motor Lodge. It also recommends the way to enhance the satisfaction level of the customer’s. In additional, it is also aimed to provide the best quality services to their customers by making plan and strategy to enhance the meal option to deliver better customer satisfaction. This research study will be useful for the future researcher that they will get the accurate and more information related to research issues and barriers. It will also useful for the company to increase customers’ satisfaction level and sales by identifying different issues at motel (Hernon & Altman, 2010).

Research method

Explain how the project was conducted

The order to accomplish this project, there is need to collect the accurate information and data to analyze the research problem and issue and to collect the accurate data and information, there is need to selection of the research design. In this research project, both kind of the research design are selected such as qualitative research design and quantitative research design. The research behind the selection of qualitative research is that it allows the researcher to develop the depth understanding and analyze the issue in the subjective manner. Beside of this, the quantitative research design is selected because there is need to collect and evaluate the views of customers that is possible by the quantitative research method (King & Mackey, 2016). In this research, inductive research approach is also selected by the researcher that enable researcher to analyze theories and support the views and opinion of the people. In the context of the data collection method, the researcher has used both methods such as primary and secondary data collection methods. The survey methodology has selected by the researcher in reference of primary data. In which, 50 customers are selected that visited or visiting in Asure lodge. At the same time, secondary information has collected from the books, journal, internet and social media. In order to analyze the collected data and information, statistics data analysis method is used by the researcher with the help of MS Excel. It presented the information and outcomes in the tabulation and graphical manner. It is helpful to readers to understand research outcomes in the more effective manner (Adhariani et al., 2017).

Describe limitations and ethical considerations of the methods used

The one of the main limitation of this research project is about the implementation and section of the data collection method. The research has the less experience and knowledge about the primary data collection method so that survey method can influence the research results. The sample size can also be limitation of research. So further researcher can increases the sample size. The researcher was also faced the issue in formulation of the correct research objective and questions.    
With accomplishing this research study, the researcher was also aimed to complete the project in the ethical manner so that it focused on the each aspect. The inclusion of the secondary data and information raises the issue of the copy right and plagiarism and I was aware from this. Due to this, all the information is written in the own language without manipulating real meaning, it is helpful to avoid the ethical issue of plagiarism. At the same time, each sensitive information presented with the proper citation and reference that managed the issue of the copy right. In this research project, participants were ensured that their personal information will not disclosed and all the information will be used for educational research project under the college or university guidelines (Minaya, 2016).
